Sure is, we visit your business every six months to replace your filter, service, clean and sanitise your water cooler. This is included in your monthly rental.
Yes, all our customers sign a Rental Agreement with Call a Cooler. This ensures that our Servicing obligations are met and that you have the guarantee of a fixed price for the duration of the Agreement.
To guarantee your experience with Call a Cooler and the products we offer, we rent our water coolers only. This removes any stress for you, having to replace or repair the cooler should any issue arise. It also ensures that the sanitising and servicing of the Cooler is maintained on schedule. Our guarantee to you: In the unlikely event that your cooler has a problem or breaks down, we will replace your unit, free of charge, no questions asked. How’s that for peace of mind?
Managing Your Account
As soon as we welcome you to Call a Cooler you are automatically booked in for your regular servicing and maintenance every 6 months and ongoing for the duration you are with us. Don’t forget this is inclusive of your rental agreement. If you’re not due for one of your regular service visits, don’t worry – a simple call to our Customer Service team and we will have a Service Technician on your doorstep within 48 hours.
Whilst we love to visit our customers and everyone loves a road trip, should we attend a futile service request, it will result in a $75 call out fee.
When our filters take chlorine out of your water and you throw some direct sunlight on it, things can change. If this has happened then please let us know by either giving us a call or email us . We will dispatch a Service Technician for a replacement filter bowl, pronto.
No problem. If you are moving offices or to a new home we can make your move hassle free. Just let us know your moving dates and new location by phone or email, and we will take care of the rest.
