Our coolers are provided on a Rental Agreement. We take full responsibility for keeping your unit in top condition. Your agreement includes servicing, sanitisation, filter replacements, emergency callouts and unit replacement if anything goes wrong. One fixed weekly price, no surprises.
The standard Rental Agreement is for a 36 month term, however we understand every business is different and alternative terms are available.
Your initial invoice on delivery of your cooler is for the first 6 months. Following that, we offer flexible payment terms and options to suit you. We accept credit card, direct deposit, direct debit and other payment methods.

Traditional bottled water suppliers charge per bottle, per delivery, and often add fuel levies (that increase frequently). This means you must find space to store the bottles, someone to lift and replace them, and you are paying for water to be trucked across the country.

Old-school water coolers use large open bottles that sit on top of the unit. With every bottle replacement, the surrounding dust and bacteria come along for the ride.
Call a Cooler offers a closed system. Water passes through our filtration system before reaching you, removing any nasties. Better still, we ensure your system functions perfectly, remains clean and sanitised, and you are worry-free. This is automatically scheduled for you and included in your agreement.

Every site (and cooler) is added to our national servicing schedule upon installation. Maintenance, filter replacements and sanitisation are handled locally by our teams in each region, with a central account and servicing manager assigned to coordinate everything.
Absolutely. Start with a trial at one or two locations. Once you are ready, we schedule the rollout across all your sites, liaising with you every step of the way.
Very little. Just let us know your moving dates and new location and we take care of the rest; moving your existing unit or installing a new one. Two to four weeks’ notice allows us to coordinate it seamlessly.
For every cooler we install, we provide a service confirmation report that is signed by you or your staff for your records. In fact, this is completed each time we attend site.
