These guys are great. My water cooler is a refillable unit and the team come out to service the filter every few months to keep the system clean and the team at the office are drinking sooo much water thanks to our unit! They are super passionate about water and have really reasonable and affordable payment options. We especially love that it comes with service and sanitation of the unit minimum every 6 months. We use Call a Cooler because we don't have to add emissions to our water just to have it filtered and cooled. It comes straight from the tap and we fill up the cooler ourselves rather than shipping water from various places around the country. AND they are never confused about why we don't want cups attached the machine. As a great bonus, the service staff are all so lovely - thanks for coming in today, Kimberley!

In the interests of the reply given below by Sean who is a new owner of the company since 2016, I am choosing to bump my review up to 5 considering my problems were from well before he took over the company and from what he says rebuilt it's reputation in that's time. From my experience has acted very decently in recognising and trying to address my problem, Thank you Sean, and staff My experience was a horrific one that began with the demise of my floor, after the machine I received on trial leaked underneath it, because it was set up wrong. I posted about that experience on this page, 3 days ago. Received a lovely response 2 days ago that I replied to with links from my profile of the process that took over 1 year to be resolved. Those links had been deleted when I looked yesterday, and it was left looking like Call a Cooler cared... So I complained on the same post. Now the whole post has been deleted. The posts are public on my profile, you can see how I was ignored for close to a year. And this originally happened around Christmas. What a loss of our beautiful floor that we loved so much and had to resort to replacing with slightly different, flooring because the colour and profile had changed in the years since we first purchased. We didn't know it at the time but the quality had gone down too. So we're stuck with shitty flooring now. I believe that vendor is gone from the company now but you can see by my links that I called on Call a Cooler, and they still took months to respond properly.

Remy from Call a Cooler in Brisbane has been fantastic! I was sceptical at first as I thought he was just another door to door salesman when he came into the organisation I work for, but he was super nice and informative and left us a water cooler to try out for a week to see how we like it. Well it turns out we all love the new machine more than our old one from another water company, It's also about 1/4 of the cost of our old one plus we now have an unlimited supply of cold filtered water and no longer have to worry about running out and waiting for the next delivery!! Very happy and would recommend Remy and Call a Cooler to anyone interested.
