What brought you into the water dispenser business?

I grew up with parents owning a business. From a young age I always had an interest in running my own business. After schooling I started off working in oil and gas and continued with that career path for about 10 years but always had a desire to be in business for myself. A few years ago, I started looking seriously into business opportunities and Call a Cooler came along my path. After some research I decided it looked like a good opportunity with a great product that makes a difference. By saving people some money and making a positive impact on the environment.

How long have you been servicing Perth North?

Coming up to 5 years now!

What do you enjoy about the business?

Hearing how happy people are with our product and service. Seeing a reduction in the waste of plastic bottles being used is a really positive result

What’s the typical customer experience once they ring you up or fill in a contact form on the website?

We find out what they need and how we can fulfil that. If we think there is a more suitable option than what they are wanting we will explain why that is and make sure what they are getting is going to be the best option for them.

After that we install a free trial for them which people are always happy to get. To be able to try out the product without any cost or obligation is always appreciated by the potential clients

What sets you apart from the competition?

Our servicing and level of customer care is second none. We always have quick response times and sort out problems as soon as possible. It’s common for us to hear customers comment on how quick we’ve arrived after making an enquiry
