What brought you into the water dispenser business?

Having sold my accounting practice in 2015 I was looking for a good business investment and took the opportunity to purchase Call a Cooler Perth South. It wasn’t until I really got involved in the business and the products that I understood the greater benefit we provide to our customers and the environment. We are literally saving the planet one plastic bottle at a time and we’re nearly always a lower cost solution when compared to the old fashioned bottled water office cooler. We are making a difference every day and that’s a great thing.

What do you enjoy about the business?

I love to hear feedback from customers who often say “I don’t know how I lived without my water cooler before now”.

What’s the typical customer experience once they ring you up or fill in a contact form on the website?

You’ll get a phone call from Lee, our friendly customer support person, who will ask some questions to best understand you needs. We’ll then arrange for a trial or quote, depending on what type of cooler you need.

What sets you apart from the competition?

It’s clichéd, but good old fashioned customer service. We are a small, friendly local team. You’re not dealing with a number in a large multinational, but people who care about the product and providing a great service.
